Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, such as undergarments and swimwear.
  • We cannot accept returns on goods that DO NOT meet our criteria for returns.
  • Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Start your return by visiting our returns portal Sun Day Red.com Returns (narvar.com) . Please utilize the pre-paid Fedex shipping label we provide to avoid extended processing times and to receive an accurate refund.
  • Contact our customer support team at Contact US (powerappsportals.com) or by calling our support line at 800-444-4384 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide a pre-paid Fedex return shipping label that can be used to send back your returned item(s)

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14-21 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges:

  • Items eligible for exchange must belong to the same macro/style category as the original purchase.
    •     The exchanged item must be of the same price as the original item.
  • We will not send out item(s) you are exchanging for until original item(s) are received at our warehouse and are in original condition, un worn, un washed, and with all tags attached.

 

  • Final sale items will not qualify for exchange
  • If  original item(s) are received and new item(s) that are wanting to exchange for are no longer in stock a refund to the original form of payment will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Refunds for returned items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will be issued at our discretion.
  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
